I purchased the Miyasawa frame from a dealer of used Keirin parts in Japan in 2015. The frame was raced, still has the registration attached on the frame. I wanted to rebuild the bike as original as possible. The frame was hand built by a well known Japanese Keirin frame builder who spent time in Italy to learn frame building from the masters. Really light frame!! I built the frame out with all NJS components, except for the wheels. The wheels are hand built from Shimano track hubs, DT Swiss R460 rims and Wheelsmith spokes. Cranks are Sugino 75 with a 48T chainring, EAI 14T cog, Nitto handlebars, stem and seat post. Kashimax saddle (really hard) which I only use for display. I wrapped the handlebars with a special Cinelli “art” series which gives it a more edgy look. Really stiff and fast.
